Welcome
to Human Resources Independent Consultants (HRIC). We are Southern
California's leading association representing independent Human Resources
Consultants. Our current monthly meeting location is in Orange County.
HRIC is a “Not for profit” membership association only
for the Human Recourses community.
HRIC was established in 1994 as a networking organization for independent Human
Resources consultants. Our membership grew to include both consultants and
permanent full-time employees making the transition to the world of HR consulting.
HRIC now serves both groups providing the following benefits:
- HRIC provides our members with a forum to share job leads, information,
resumes and other HR and business related information. In addition, provide
an opportunity to brainstorm about unique approaches to HR projects.
- HRIC provides members with educational information and resources related
to HR topics at our meetings and through this web site.
- HRIC markets our members' services to the HR community throughout Southern
California through e-mail marketing efforts, and through participation
in conferences and job fairs targeted to the Human Resources industry.
- HRIC offers a free on-line job posting service to the HR community,
promoted through our marketing efforts. Full members can easily access
