HRIC Mission Statement
“The mission of HRIC is to provide a convenient source of high quality Human Resources consulting services to enable companies to efficiently fulfill temporary HR requirements.”

HRIC Code of Ethics
The HRIC Code of Ethics was adopted to promote and maintain the highest standards of personal conduct and professional standards among our members. Adherence to HRIC’s Code is a requirement for membership and is strictly enforced.
FAILURE TO FOLLOW THESE GUIDELINES IS GROUNDS FOR EXPULSION.

HRIC MEMBERS PLEDGE TO:

•Maintain the highest standards of professional conduct and integrity, so that all actions reflect favorably upon our association.

•Utilize HRIC as a networking organization only. Solicitation of fees from other members is prohibited.

•Maintain confidentiality when accessing job leads from the On-line Job Leads.
JOB/ASSIGNMENT LEADS ARE FOR FULL-MEMBERS ONLY AND MAY NOT BE SHARED WITH ASSOCIATE MEMBERS, NON-MEMBERS, AGENCIES, OR VENDORS. Hold all “client-sensitive information” confidential, whether informed officially or exposed to the information through work relationships.

•Maintain loyalty to the client and pursue their objectives in ways consistent with both the Company and public interest.

•Uphold all laws and regulations relating to client activity.

•Support HRIC goals and objectives for enhancing and developing the Human Resources consulting profession.

•Strive for personal growth within the Human Resources consulting field.
