  As a lively and engaging speaker, Janet regularly travels across the country as an authorized speaker for Vistage International, the world’s largest CEO membership organization. She presents her two-hour and half-day workshops for Vistage members, as well as her clients, and national organizations such as PSNI, SHRM, and well-known companies such as QUALCOMM, DPS Telecom and Juanita’s Foods.
  Janet earned her BSBA from California State Polytechnic University at Pomona, was a Partner at Impact Hiring Solutions and a VP at CJA Executive Search.   Tenny Poole is founder of Positive Talent Strategies, a company dedicated to strategic HR consulting and coaching and Appreciative Inquiry consulting. In addition, Tenny is co-founder of Human Resources Mentoring and Development Forum, a company dedicated to increasing the capabilities of Human Resource practitioners. Tenny spent 30 years pursuing her passion for delivering top quality human resources services. Prior to starting her consulting practice, Tenny spent 10 years as Vice President of HR for Experian Americas Credit business. During her tenure at Experian she was instrumental in the ”Transformation of Human Resources” project that redesigned the HR function to deliver strategically focused HR services. Also while at Experian, Tenny was responsible for the HR work to open Experian’s off-shoring center in Santiago, Chile and provided the initial HR support for Experian’s successful business expansion into Latin America and Canada.
  
  Tenny was selected the 2000 Human Resources Executive of the Year by the Orange County Affiliate of the National Human Resources Association.
